NO TABLES OR CHAIRS WILL BE
FURNISHED
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR
EVERYTHING THAT GOES IN YOUR
BOOTH.

2008 VENDOR/CONCESSION AGREEMENT
FOR OUTSIDE

For returning vendors, you will be given
preferred space (the same space where
you’ve been or a new space for which we
have already agreed) until April 1.
Vendor check-in will begin at 2:00 pm on
Tuesday, September 30. No one will be
permitted to set up earlier. Should you
arrive at the fairgrounds prior to set-up
time and need to drop your trailer/unit, you
should check with myself, Howard
McDuffie, or Kirk Mattson prior to
disconnecting – do not park in the camper
area. Vendor check-in will continue on
Wednesday from 2:00 – 6:00 pm. Check-in
at any other time must be
coordinated with me:
